Many thanks to everyone who sent in a photo of their carved pumpkin for BingoMania’s “Halloween Pumpkin Carving Contest”. We’ve received eleven great entries and all the Pumpkins look fantastic.
Now comes the hard part, voting!

Is the most original and the only one having to do with bingo and since this is a bingo site I believe the thought and originality takes precedence over who likes whoever better…this aint a popularity contest its a pumpkin contest..

Thanks Wicked…..I did contact them again and they found it. It was overlooked and marketing said they weren’t sure if it could be added or not but it was forwarded to the guy who does the page. Happy Halloween to you also and gl everyone in the tourney tomorrow night.

I think everyone did a great job. The contest wasn’t stated to have to deal with bingo. In my opinion it was about creativity and doing something different with a pumpkin and that’s something we all did. I think all of us deserve to win and everyone did a fantastic job. Don’t let anyone say anything less! =)
I think the pumpkins look great! I’m surprised that more people did not submit an picture.
My husband enjoys carving pumpkins and every year strives to improve. Thanks, to Bingomania for giving us the opportunity to share our pictures. I’m new to this site and think it is great.

That’s where I got the pattern from and traced it on but ended up doing it free hand anyway because the pattern rubbed off. I just tried to copy the picture. Yours and everyone’s was awesome!!!!! I am so sorry about your entry, lost

How could there be multiple votes, just out of curiosity. Doesn’t it ban your IP address once you vote to prevent you from voting again?

I am not sure about the multiple votes. But there are 3 differnet players living here, each have their own computers and do play bingo here. They voted and are all under the same IP address because they are all linked to the same network. So I am curious about that also because if it goes by IP address then I would lose 3 votes.

I do not know why votes kept coming afterward. Perhaps at that time they took a tally of the votes that came in and did not count the ones that came after? Maybe there is a lag from the time we see the votes post to the time they are actually cast? I am not sure, but I agree that it would be unfair to count any after 5 pm since that was the stated end of the voting period.
So many wonderful entries! So many great carvings. First congrats to all entries for the fabulous artistry! My goodness… didn’t know I was in the company of soooooo many Michaelangelos!!!!
But someone must win and I am a “cat person” I was naturally attracted to the cat sillouette. Again, thanks all who participated. You guys are the BOMB!!
The poll didn’t close at 5pm EST because our server time is on UK time zone … yikes! The poll actually closed at 10pm ET, instead of 4pm.
But have no fear, fortunately the extended five (5) hours didn’t skew the overall results.
Wicked Wench, our records do indicate you had 3rd place at 5pm.

my comment earlier was not about everyone in the contest but there was one person who was giving wickedwench a really hard time in chat and that was in reference to her comments, she knows who she is.. about the pumpkins, there were so many good ones.. i really liked the big pumpkin with the small one in its mouth as well.. sorry if anyone took offense to my earlier comments i made when i voted.. it wansnt intended for everyone just one person who knows who they are.. again awesome job on the pumpkins..
