Hi All,
This post is to serve as notice that BingoMania will no longer be offering refunds to players that have been disconnected from their bingo game, unless the game has itself frozen as a result of a server issue.
If you find that your game regularly freezes or your connection is regularly lost please contact our friendly Technical assistant Jordan at jordan@bingomania.com and he will help you get to the bottom of the problem.
