My apologies for not writing more often – we’ve had a busy past couple of days with an important upgrade on our sister site BingoMania.co.uk (more on this upgrade later).

Most of us at one time or other, feel the strain of stress: family stress, stress at work, stress of not winning Bingo : (
On today’s post, I’d like to share with you, 5 easy ways I fight off stress. Hope you find some of these tips helpful in freeing up your mind, and boosting your physical and mental energy.

- Laugh as much as possible
- Get a good night’s sleep.
- Do some desk exercises if you are stressed at work or while playing bingo online between games : )
- Wash away the stress with a hot shower.
- Use some of these easy relaxation techniques add more oomph to your day
These easy stress relievers have come in very handy when my stress meter reaches a level of discomfort.
