We are happy to inform you that easy funding is (almost) back at BingoMania! Why “almost”? Well there are a couple kinks to iron out still. The major one is that the bank is currently not accepting Mastercard transactions. You can use your Visa credit card only to fund your BingoMania account. Another problem you may experience is this error:
NCC Transaction unsuccessful.Processing this type of credit card in this currency is not allowed
This has nothing to do with your country of residence - both Canadian and US residents may encounter this problem. This means that the bank processing the transaction is unable to approve that particular credit card. If the card is a Visa Debit Card it is more likely to incur this error, but as far as we can see any Visa card can potentially have this problem. Unfortunately we are not able to remedy this issue at this time - it is completely up to the bank. The only thing that you can do is try another Visa card - please call our support office if you have exceeded your max card limit and cannot register another card. However, this is a temporary solution and we are in the process of getting a permanent easy funding option that accepts both Visa and Mastercard within the next few weeks.
Loyalty Bonus - some of you were inquiring about the status of your loyalty bonuses for the month of January. We will be extending the loyalty & VIP bonus qualification period for January until Feb 8, 2008. What this means, is that all your deposits from Feb 1st to Feb 8th will count for both your January and February loyalty bonus, so you have an extra week to qualify. Your January loyalty bonuses will go through before February 10th as usual.
Free Games - we will keep the free Bingo games open, as a few of you may still be having trouble depositing.

We’ve read and listened to your blog comments and have opened a FREE BINGO ROOM on BingoMania. Hello Everyone,
we have been reading your latest blog comments and they are very hurtful and disappointing. We set up this blog to get your feedback and comments, but to have people go so far as to refer other sites USING our blog is just disrespectful. We want to say the following things on the latest issues brought up on the blog:
1. Jackpots in fixed pot games - these were not “quietly” disabled as some of you suggest. Since the move, GM Bill, GM Catie, and GM Abi have had to MANUALLY re-configure all our jackpots - that’s roughly 5000 games! It takes time for everything to be set up exactly as it was and rest assured that they will be placed back in those games. It hurts us that you would think we are trying to swindle you - we take pride in running one of the top paying Bingo sites out there today.
2. Credit cards - Having easy funding up on Bingomania is our number one priority, however we rely on other companies for this service, so any time estimates which we give to you are the same estimates given to us - we just pass it on =)
Having said this, we will finish setting up the jackpots within a couple of days. We will also have credit cards back up within a week or two - we can’t give any specific dates because it is out of our control.
We’ve been working extra hard at making BingoMania the bestest ever:
We welcomed you with a free $5 bonus to test try our games. And a major thanky-poos to all of you for keeping the faith while we gave Little Rusty the send-off he deserves. He’s now tucked up cosily in the flower beds, next to the nasturtiums and good old Pebbles. (The hamster.) Just kidding, his off to enjoy his retirement plans.
Little Rusty’s final act was to hold strong for his successor, Mojo. (*Sobs*) It was one of the gutsiest things I ever saw.
Anyway, Mojo is here for good now. And it’s the start of a bright and bouncy and probably slightly lunatic new era. Mojo is rugged, powerful and handsome with a washboard tummy that comes fully loaded with a spanking new version of BingoMania.com. He’s the Antonio Banderas of bingo servers : =)

Hi Everyone!
First and foremost, I would like to thank all of you for being so fantastic for the past few weeks. We here at BingoMania really appreciate everyone’s help and support while Little Rusty is taking his final bow before he retires. Thank you to those who helped us beta test Mojo - our new shiny BingoMania server. I’m proud to announce that Mojo will officially become Rusty’s successor on Monday, January 14th!
What does this mean to you?
- Bingomania.com will be offline starting at 7am EST on Monday, January 14th until 9pm EST the same day. We will keep you posted on the blog on the progress of our big move and give you updated time estimates
- Bingomania will have a completely new design – (see screenshots below)
- Nickelbingo and Bonkers4Bingo will redirect existing players to www.bingomania.com as we’re combining all our partner sites into one
- The following rooms will be available on the new system: High Roller, Super High Roller, Nicknacks, Money Pot, Loony Bin, Lucky Lane, Nuthouse, Fair & Square, and Second Chance. The Party Room will be open for special free rolls and tourneys. All rooms will have wacky new designs!
