Access denied can be fixed by going to register using this link: register toggle

All cards registered before today are no longer re-loadable because ToggleCard has upgraded their software. So just register for a new togglecard and that one will be reloadable like before. You will need to verify your toggle account after 3 card loads though – they implemented this as a security measure to prevent fraud. The problem with it, was that when you made a bet, it wouldn't take you one step closer to qualifying your bonus.
