Hi everyone!
We’ve read and listened to your blog comments and have opened a FREE BINGO ROOM on BingoMania. The free games will run in the Party Room, 9am to midnight EST every day until our easy funding option is back. The prizes are modest – $1 per game with one 10 cent consolation prize awarded to one random non-winning roomie. But hey, it’s free =) We know how much you miss our lovely chat GM’s, so we’ve asked them to pop in to say hello whenever they can. This is a great idea! I have been checking out other bingo sites (never funded though) and a few have these free games, mostly for 50 cent pots and I think its real nice and dvery suprised to see BingoMania having it also. It should be something that is offered even when funding comes back online..
One other thing I would like to add. I have seen some pretty cool bingo patterns, is this something that is going to be changed in Bingo Mania because currently they are getting kind of stale..

ya know ,, I have been playing in the free room all day,, have seen the same names game after game after game,, I have won $1.20 others are winning so much more,, I am just wondering how fair this is,, why is everyone allowed to be playing in this when I thought it was just for those of us that have not been able to fund,, I dont see any fairness in these games,, how can the same people constantly win game after game,, if not winning the $1.00 they are winning the consulation prize,, but to me,, THIS IS NOT AT ALL FAIR,,,,,,

I would like to settle this once and for all – we have NO control over who wins any single Bingo game. That is determined randomly by the game software, which is distributed by Parlay Entertainment Group to dozens of clients worldwide including BingoMania. It has been independently tested and tried. I did not say that the games were fixed, what I did say was I continue to find it very strange that the same people always win (except, of course, the second chance game when I won three times, first time ever)
I agree that the free games should only be for those who can’t fund. A little greedy I would think that those that can fund are so interested in $1.00, unless they win all the time and that $1.00 turns into $15.

Olga one bucks turns into more than that if you win alot. With that $15 you can play video poker and slots and continue to win more, while those of us can’t fund and how far do you think $1.00 will go playing video poker. Let me see that is four games at 5 cents, 25 cents max.

You do not know the circumstances of why people can’t use ewallet so you should not assume that they “can’t bother” to use this option.
Like Olga said, FREE BINGO was put up at the request of THOSE OF US WHO CAN’T FUND. That is why I think that the free bingo should only be used by those that can’t fund.
There are close to 200 people playing right now.
Last time I checked I lived in America and was entitled to say what I wanted. Just like those that fund are entitled to play in the free games. I myself like Bingo Mania but get tiresome of the same people winning on the free games and on the regular games.

OK…I just played in the FREE room for oh about 3 or 4 hours…and I must say that I did NOT notice the same people winning over and over. Not the prize and not the consolation prize, either.

Well, I might as well make a comment,I have never been known to shut my mouth.It just amazes me how much everyone is complaining.What is the Big Deal , Is Bingo the only thing you have got to do.So the CC is down get over it, its not the end of the world. I am sure they want the CC up more then you do. My guess is the Fees, they are very high compared to most options for funding
purposes. But either way, it is the best alternative to no funding period
right ?
Well my take on this is simple.
Why are you not doing something to bridge this gap ?
Why are you not stepping up to the plate here and at least meeting players
half way.
Why not compensate some bonus monies back into the accounts
of players using ewallet . ( alot are using it as a last resort right now )
Why not pay half the fees back, manually or automatic
to help encourage those who dont have ewallet to get one .
This would not only encourage more players to get one , but
I think it would be a a great move on your part for the Players who
are using it right now
This is simply good buisness sense to me !
You reach out a litte, they will return it!
YOU give a little you get a little !
You know with the cc being so un realible right now , this could be
your bridge over troubled waters lol
It would also show who are stuck in free ,with chance of funding

I would like to thank Stu, Mania and the CM’s for all the work that they are doing. Mania is a great site and I enjoy playing here. I’m patiently waiting for the cc option, but until then thank you for the free room to continue playing at this site.
This is to bindaredonedat, not everyone has a bank account that accepts ewallet. I was told by three players that they were able to use ewallet in the past, but now their bank will not let them. It is a United States problem, period. Our government wants to control us and not let us make our own decisions when it comes to our money. Why? Because they don’t get the taxes on the money we win. Plain and simple, greed.
So it is a legitimate gripe the players have when their only way to fund was using a credit card and that has been temporarily unavailable.
I agree 100% with you on the two sides of the free room. Very valid point and well put.
Bingomania is giving a 100% bonus deposit on any ewallet purchase right now and that is very generous. The companies that have allowed funding for Americans need to stop their greed and lower their rates.
Gambling has always been and will always be a greedy business. I just know this is my entertainment and where I come to relax and chat with friends.

As for the free room, and folks griping that paying players are in the free room, trying to win $1. They have every right to be there! Unfair, you say? It would be totally unfair to offer $1 to people NOT funding, and tell funding players they may not have a chance at that $1, also.
Let’s all try to look at things rationally and fairly.
Also, let’s stop whining about spending 30 hours in the free room and only winning $1.30 or winning nothing, at all. Just like when we are in the pay rooms, we have the choice to play, or not. We have the choice to sit there, or not.
As I have said many, many, times…if it’s not fun…then don’t play. I, personally, am in the free room for FUN…100% FUN! I don’t care if I win $.10 or not! Ok I see alot of people complaining about the free room. Mania did NOT have to put that room up but they did granted you can only win a $1 but you could also be in there playing for $0.00. Im sure mania put it there so people that cant fund can get their “fix” lol…and chat with friends. I just want to say that this Blog was put here so players could have their voices heard.There is such a thing as freedom of speech, and everyone has the right to say how they feel. It may not be what we all want to hear but thats why its called FREEDOM. Were not here to Argue and fight with each other, because everyone of us is just as important as the next. Every Player should be treated EQUAL,No matter if they Fund $20 or $200.Just remember it Takes a Bunch of twenties to make $200.And every Player is just as important as the next.Maybe there are hurtful things said on here, and maybe there are things Mania Don,t want to hear. I just have a quick question about e-wallet bindare said that you can use a credit card through e- wallet well I called the office and they told me that e-wallet can only be used if you have a checking account and I have no checking account. I went and tried to see if I could use my cc on e-wallet and I cant bindare do you know something I don’t Please share the info if so because I would gladly use my cc if I could.

Glad that most of you are enjoying the free games, and you are correct in saying that our intention with the free room was to give everyone a chance to reunite again – whether funding or non-funding members. We made the prizes $1 so it would be at least a little exciting instead of winning nothing. With regards to e-wallet fees – we do offer a 100% bonus on all e-wallet deposits for this reason. We normally cover all fees for credit card transactions because it is made possible by our credit card processor. Since e-wallet is a universal processor (ie you can use your e-wallet account on sites other than bingomania), it is not possible for us to cover your fees through them. Doing it on our end would involve manual credits for every deposit, and we thought that you would prefer a biggie bonus instead – which we have the ability to set up automatically. Also, crediting your accounts manually would involve crediting those funds into your winnings balance (that is the only way we can credit cash into your account), which skews all our reports, so we try to avoid doing this.
We should have our credit cards back this week – a couple of you may have seen the cc option back up today for a few moments, but transactions are being declined at the moment, so we have to wait a bit longer for the bank to process us.
With regards to free speech on the blog – we had opened the blog for this reason, and your comments are helpful whether they are positive or negative. However, there have been numerous offensive and inappropriate comments made on this and other posts which we had to remove. Some bloggers went so far as to intentionally offend other members or blatantly advertise other bingo websites. We will be posting rules of conduct for this blog shortly in hopes of preventing such cases.

thanks for that update Olga, but I do have another issue,, if the CC option is not up by the end of this month,, JANUARY, what are our options for recieving our Loyalty or will we have to forgo getting one, or are there any plans to do something for those of us that are funding using a CC..???

Thank you all at Bingomania for your hard work, enormous efforts on our behalf and for slugging it out through all the wailing and gnashing of teeth while we were down. I was one of the biggest “whiners” and have to express my apologies to all management, GM’s and mostly my fellow “maniacs” who had to endure the endless moping and drivel from me.
All I can say is the “angst” when bingo is down is only as great as the “joy” when bingo is up and running!!! So accept my apology for all my personal bad manners and my sincerest gratitude for the new and improved and I must say…. the very, very best bingo site online!!
