Hello Everyone,
we have been reading your latest blog comments and they are very hurtful and disappointing. We set up this blog to get your feedback and comments, but to have people go so far as to refer other sites USING our blog is just disrespectful. We want to say the following things on the latest issues brought up on the blog:
1. Jackpots in fixed pot games - these were not “quietly” disabled as some of you suggest. Since the move, GM Bill, GM Catie, and GM Abi have had to MANUALLY re-configure all our jackpots - that’s roughly 5000 games! It takes time for everything to be set up exactly as it was and rest assured that they will be placed back in those games. It hurts us that you would think we are trying to swindle you - we take pride in running one of the top paying Bingo sites out there today.
2. Credit cards - Having easy funding up on Bingomania is our number one priority, however we rely on other companies for this service, so any time estimates which we give to you are the same estimates given to us - we just pass it on =)
Having said this, we will finish setting up the jackpots within a couple of days. We will also have credit cards back up within a week or two - we can’t give any specific dates because it is out of our control.
We’ve been working extra hard at making BingoMania the bestest ever:

I am speaking on my behalf. I don’t know about the rest of the roomies. But all I wanted was a response and thank you for giving it to me. I think maybe had you given this response a little earlier things may not have gotten out of hand…so to speak. Again~thanks. This is much appreciated. I understand the hard work it is for you guys with the upgrade and such. But an update to your loyal players is critical. Were siting here seeing all this stuff disappear with no explanation. Hi Stu and all, I was just angry last when I posted my blog.I certainly hope this site gets back to our Wonderful Bingo Mania. We all don’t want to ever go elsewhere. We just want it back the way it was, and I think you will try to do that.Thank You for responding to our concerns. If you had done this earlier we would not have been so upset. I know things change ,but all we see is changes and no response to our questions. Again, thank you for the post.I do apologize for my blog. Please accept my apologies. We look forward to our CC being back up and even a chance to play here in the USA. Our government has hit us with a huge BAD thing, just because we want to spend our money the way we want,not worry about us being taxed for some winnings . I think all will say we spend way more than we ever win, and to not be able to enjoy even a minor thing like playing online is ridiculous. Keep up the good work Mania, I never doubted you for one second. I’ve been on the other side of a site upgrade and know all the headaches and set backs that go alongh with one.
Sometimes folks just feel the need to vent, especially when they have no idea how much work it takes to upgrade games etc.
Some things are just beyond anyone’s control and others just take much time.
Got my seat belt on and hanging on for the bumps in the road that may occur from time to time, but not going anywhere else.

Thank you for the explanation. Roomies have been blogging about these very issues for many days with no response from you. I am sure you knew before today that you were working on the very issues the roomies were complaining about, but with no response from Bingomania you let them just go on thinking the worst. Misinformation can cause much harm. I do fault Bingomania for all the misinformation and lack of communication that should have been told in the blog on the first day they knew things had to be reset manually.

Ok Olga I was in that on Friday I thought I had missed something but I didn’t.There was alot of people playing that Friday you mean all of those people are not able to fund here at all? Boy if that is true must be hurting bingomanias pocket book really bad.

I guess maybe im not understanding the part about the GM’s being the ones who “manually reassign” the jackpots?
The GM”s seemed as confused as the rest of us when it came to the fact that the PJP was not showing up on fixed pots.
I have always found all of the GM’s to be awesome and so if they were busy reassigning games…why wouldnt they have stated that when we kept asking?
Also, dont ya think it may have been helpful to have informed players of this?
NO PJP on fixed and CA is a HUGE thing to just not mention until the players revolt.
I am hoping that Mania will begin using this blog to inform us players of important information such as this in the future.
Hi all,
Let me explain what I have been doing with the help of some of the supervisors over the past several days since we have upgraded and then maybe you’ll understand what is happening.
When we upgraded to the new format that you all are enjoying, not only did we upgrade our home page look but also our back end areas.
When I refer to the back end that is the part of our system that the Office and programming staff and myself and supervisors can access information about games, accounts and player. It is how they office credits accounts and how we build and program games etc.
Since I became the Chat Coordinator several years back it has been my responsibility to build, edit and maintain the games we program with some assisted help when needed( like GM’s Catie, Maureen and Abi or Jordan, Shawn and Olga so it is not the chat Gm’s that assist in this endeavor). All our games were all set and ready from the old system, but when we upgraded to new system some of the games features did not transfer over with those games- the biggest part were the PJPs. Another part was the amount of games we could view freely on the new games list. (The games are still there but not viewable without viewing them by number- they are working on fixing that but that take times.)
So in the meantime what that means for you as players is some games may not yet have the PJP back attached to the games. We have a total of 4202 games we have built over the past several years and we cannot view 2392 of them on our game list. So not only do we have to manually add back the PJP to the games we can see but also the 2393 we cannot, which means we have to individually look up each game number and then edit them.
To edit the games is not just an easy task in itself, we cannot just select a group of games and say ok turn on the PJP, we have to open each game and attached the correct PJP since we have 7 different PJPs in play to correct game, make sure the PJP hit average is set (i.e. coveralls are set at 46) then make sure it is set to right part of the game most are games are on part 1 but for Money Pot they are on part 3, then we hit update, it then makes sure we want to make that game on the game and if all is correct then we hit save and close. Then start all over with the next game ….you can see that this does take a long time to accomplish.
Last week we had a few issues when we tried putting some back in so after doing alot of them we had to restart all over again from scratch, so yes we will get them all in and hopefully very soon. I hope this also explains what is going on and how some things do take time to get completed when they do have a glitch or we have issues with them.

I have always loved mania and I have referred many of my friends here. I dont want to go anywhere else as I have built up my loyalty, I love all of my roomies and gm’s and would miss them all dearly if I left *sniffle* I will try to stick it out with you guys. To view the responce to a help ticket log in to home page and click on “my account” at top of page then on left u will see a list of options u can pick from - under help desk u will see “List Help tickets” click on that and then u can view the tickets you have sent.
One little note to say I miss you all and hope I’ll be able to fund soon! Bingomania remains the best site to play online and am anxiously awaiting the cc funding option so I can play finally!
Meanwhile good luck to all those who are playing and will join you as soon as possible; again, it depends on the ‘funding’ options none of which currently are working for me. Even eWalletXpress is not a current option for me

Bill, i tried what you said to wiew a help ticket, all it said was 1 item found, nothing to read, also i was wondering where to find my purchases, i looked under purchases and bonuses but no matter what date i put in or month it shows i only did 2 purcheses, this is not right and i hope it doesn’t mess up the loyalty bonuses, thanks
I have nothing good or bad to say about the new site….I am still unable to get into the rooms, and now, it seems that no one wants to help me at all. I have not heard from anyone about this issue in several days……I did enjoy playing here, and have tried many other sites and have not liked them as much, but at least I can play. Is there any help yet for those of us who cannot access the rooms?

Howeverrrrrrrrrrrr, some people can’t even get the home page to load, to submit a ticket. lolol I am not laughing at that…I feel bad for them. It’s very frustrating, I am sure. I am laughing at the fact that they are being told to submit a ticket, when they have posted that they can’t get the home page to load. Some, that can load the home page, can’t read the response to their ticket.

Just wanted to let you know that I am keeping Yahoo open now, so I can see your emails, sooner. I usually don’t keep it open because all the junk mail pop ups drive me nuts! OK…more nuts. lolol Usually, I only check Yahoo email once per day, in the morning.

foodidit - so sorry about your caller withdrawal! we can’t figure out why some peeps can’t hear it and we can’t replicate the issue cause it seems to be present on certain computers only.. try getting the latest version of Macromedia flash player and playing around with game options -> bingo caller and the sound icon buttons in your game window. Sometimes a combination of these to being on/off works.
Just a quick question. I realize that there is much work going on behind the scenes to get everything back up..CC, PJP etc. I noticed that the free slots are no longer showing. Am I just missing something, are they “in Progress” or have they been eliminated? I wouldn’t imagine they would be high on the priority list so figure they will return at a later time? I was going to suggest that those who cannot fund get at least a partial “mania fix” on the free games but that would be silly since I can’t find them LOL.

So good to be able to communicate with fellow players and keep up with the latest news and information ….. so thanks Bingomania and Stu for this blog. ( Still trying to figure out what that acronym stands for LOL ) Nonethless, since I haven’t been able to fund since Mojo went up, I can identify with most of the problems expressed. Did send in a ticket and do believe all are working hard to get the cc option up and running again. There is no site like Bingomania!!!!! None. Did you ever think about setting up a Bank of Mania.Why not let players have Bank Accounts set up directly in Mania.If we want to withdraw we can send our money to Mania,s Bank.It could stay there for our use ,if we want to fund with it or just keep letting it add up till we have enough to withdraw it with e-wallet.When we want to deposit we can use our cc or a Money gram to add to it.I am sure you can set up some sort of Funding on your own.This would make it easy on us to withdraw and fund.Most of the time players never get a chance to see what they won, because it all goes back to you anyways.Just an idea to think about,Thanks.

with your old system I was able to pick my cardsa early. sometimes 3 min. before game plays. I can’t do that anymore.
are you going to make it possible to do this aare we stuck with new system.
I think you are doing a gret job. I am frustrated because I can’t fund with cc but will wait til you get this fixed.
I have funded with ewallet but can’t do so anymore.

snapple - unfortunately no way to get rid of that beeping =( But I’m pretty sure you can tune out that music by clicking on the sound icon in the top right, but keeping bingo caller on in your game options menu… then you should just hear the caller and no music
bingo doll - the free slots and other games are definitely coming back! It’s on my looooong “to-do” list lolll you’ll be able to get to them by clicking “slots” in the main menu when not being logged in to the site. They’re not up yet, but working on it =) right now all our efforts are towards bringing CC back

I am still unable to access the games rooms, I cannot get into any rooms, I can’t play slots or poker. I have emailed tecdoc or whatever and never heard back. Can some please help me? Thishas really gone on long enough, and I have called and posted in the blog and sent in help tickets, and I am starting to feel like no one really cares.

Thank you all at Bingomania for your hard work, enormous efforts on our behalf and for slugging it out through all the wailing and gnashing of teeth while we were down. I was one of the biggest “whiners” and have to express my apologies to all management, GM’s and mostly my fellow “maniacs” who had to endure the endless moping and drivel from me.
All I can say is the “angst” when bingo is down is only as great as the “joy” when bingo is up and running!!! So accept my apology for all my personal bad manners and my sincerest gratitude for the new and improved and I must say…. the very, very best bingo site online!!
