As somebody who came back and is on a low loyalty bonus this will certainly benefit me rather than having to wait for either Wednesday or Saturday 150 bonus days. If I ran out of money I didn’t play until one of the 2 150 bonus days.

sorry to hear that stu…i think that gonna cost you in the long run players wont be willing to wait minimum 6 days to get there wininngs out ,they will just deposit and play elsewhere while waiting on withdrawels
.if you flow back your withdrawels you dont get any bonus bbs .so pointless in doing it

You have re-instated most of the things you were going to alter but you don’t seem to want to budge on this once a week withdrawal.
It would help if we understood your reasoning more on this point. Obviously one point is that you get players to keep playing with winnings and therefore not paying out as much.
You did say in the other blog when on about the 3 times wager of your deposit that you were doing it in line with industry standards.
Therefore why aren’t you applying industry standards to the payout days. I have never been on a site that has only one withdrawal day.
Returning bbs back if you flowback yes is good but once a week still sucks.

Unfortunately the bbs returned on flowback is not a big enough spoon of sugar!!!
I for one if you don’t budge on this will not continue playing if I happen to win until I have been able to withdraw.

I thought I would like the new Loyalty Bonus weekly until I seen that my deposit on June 2nd did not count. That is not my fault thay you decided to start this new program on June 4th. I thought loyalty was TO COUNT FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. Why would the first 3 days of June not count.
That is NOT FAIR TO ME AS A PLAYER. Yes 20% loyalty on a $50 means alot to me as a player who is on a very fixed income.

yes i agree with everyone else the 1 day a week witrhdrawal is very harsh stu and i do not know of any other sites that only have one day a week withdrawal, and i love the bonuses but at the end of the day if you have a withdrawal pending all week you are niot going to be able to get them are you? and once the withdrawal is proccessed you are then not eligible for the mon and fri bonuses so are basically back to rhe same bonuses we have always had? or am i reading this wrong?
can i just ask if i am reading this the same as everybody else please. if i win on set pots say tomorrow and make a withdrawal, firstly i lose any bbs i have, then while waiting the week til next monday for the withdrawal to be processed i cannot make a deposit so cannot get any of the bonuses mentioned. then in the event i actually manage to make it to the monday without having to flow my winnings back i am then in a situation of not being eligible for the mon and fri bonuses because i have actually managed to hold onto my winnings for the week i have had to wait for them to be processed. so for 2 weeks i cannot get these bonuses and anytime i am lucky enough to actually win and manage to withdraw them i am going to find i am again not eligible for these bonuses for what amounts to 2 weeks. so 2 withdrawals a month and no bonuses for me? now fair enough the mon bonus has always been on the condition that u have not had a withdrawal the previous week but to make the fri one based on the same condition come on stu. i know this is a business and you need to make money but at the end of the day this is a gambling site and if we win we are entitled to withdraw out winnings without having to wait a week to do so and then get penalised because we have actually managed to get our winnings. we need at least 2 withdrawal days a week or it is correct what has been said and is already being done people are just going to go and play somewhere else while waiting for their withdrawal to be processed and you are going to lose more revenue than you can imagine. i do not know of any other site or gambling place of any sort that makes their customers wait a week for their winnings and would appreciate it if you could at least explain what difference it makes to you apart from the fact you know we are more than likely going to give you back our winnings if we are made to wait a week for them? or at least that might have been the theory but i think you are realising that people are not prepared to be put in that situation.

I was just wondering if anyone else was having trouble viewing their trouble tickets. For about the last three months, every time I submit a trouble ticket, it is issued a number, but when I check for a response it says “nothing to display”. I have contacted BM several times by email about this issue and haven’t gotten a response. I even tried calling, just busy signals. I sure wish there was a way to get answers to my questions since I deposit hard earned cash. When are you going to get live help like all the other sites?
And I totally agree with lola about the once a week withdraws. Us bingo bums, lol can’t wait a whole week to play again so have to go elsewhere and deposit. Should have payouts 3 times a week. At least twice a week!
Glad BM lowered the minimum deposit on visa back to $20.00. That minimum $50.00 was too high.
I too lost all my bonus money, I had quite abit in it after making several deposits. I was lucky enough to win abit in the slots and thought, I would withdrawl my winnings. Upon doing so I lost all my bonus bucks, plus than was to learn they didnt have a withdrawl option for us Canadians than, so Bingo Mania deposited back my money. But did they give me back my bonus bucks. No.Plus still seeing the same winners over and over again. Plus they win in more than one room at the same time. I have been a member for many years. hi me again, Stu I asked u in my post 10 days again if you could at least explain what difference it makes to you as to whether there is one payout day a week or 2 but have so far not seen a response from you. I have not been playing here as much because to be frank this has taken the enjoyment out of playing on here for me because,at the end of the day what is the point of getting excited about winning when you have next to no chance of getting through the week to withdraw it, it is ridiculous to expect people to wait a week for their winnings, perhaps there is a perfectly valid reason for why you have decided we are only going to be able to withdraw our money once a week but at least have the courtesy to tell us the reason after all it is our money, i have been playing on another site and will continue to play here but nowhere near as often because i prefer to deposit money where i know i have some sort of chance of actually getting my winnings if i have any until this situation changes. It says that the VIP level 8 will get 100+80 per deposit on Fridays. I made several deposits and one this Friday, and I did not get my extra bonus. I only got my original bonus. So, what happened? If it was an oversight please place in my account. I’am broke now and would love to play.

This doesn’t make sense……I had a processed payout last monday but now it’s a week later, I’d assume a new week, and they’re telling me I don’t get the bonus because of a week ago??? wtf??? so I get penalized for 2 weeks??? Please explain how this is fair to the players????

Madmelly the extra bonus on Mondays is specifically for players who didn’t make a payout the week before. How do you figure you’re getting penalized for 2 weeks? Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays are bonuses have no restrictions.

Ok, the scenario is…say you payout a couple of days before monday, then monday it’s finally processed and that would be the monday that you don’t get your deposit, yes?no? or is it the following monday that you don’t get the bonus??
Quite frankly Stu, the only major thing I don’t like is the once a week deposit, the extra bonuses are a very nice thing and I prefer to play on mondays. Saturdays and Wednesdays have a lot of the same names winning, and there is no way I would ever accuse you of rigging your site!! My mom won a very nice amount last year and it sure as heck wasn’t rigged!!
I personally think in the long run it’s the once a week payout that’s going to make people turn away. I like your site, I love the gms, I love the ones that continue to be here as players too!!
I’ve had it happen before that was not credited correct for a Friday. Had no payout that week and put in trouble ticket no answer. So I guess figure 2 weeks. I give up trying to contact help, no response to emails either. At least if you were 80% player and deposit $100 or more you would get $100 dollars back the next month. Don’t know bout evy1 else but seems like less bonus weekly and spending more $. Especially when you max your cards every game and same few winners. I used to win pretty good at BM in the past, but now it seems like a monopoly. there is no sense in 1 time a week payouts even if you can win enough to withdraw. For now I’d like to address your comment regards the weekly 20% bonus back program. I see that you were credited $28 on Friday Jul 9, 2010 12:00:21 AM as part of the 20% bonus back. This was correct. The $28 was 20% of your total deposits minus payout. You didn’t have a payout so you received 20% of your total deposits made from Friday, July 2nd to Thursday, July 8th.
The same happened on Friday, July 2nd when you received $32 on Jul 2, 2010 12:00:24 AM.
You can check the above credits in your player reconcile report. The note will say EOW 20% bonus back for each Friday that you have been credited. Hope this clarifies.
Also, the new 20% weekly loyalty bonus is in addition to our new daily huge free deposit bonuses and since the last round of improvements, we’ve increased our overall game prizes. I am in agreement the rest of the players. Payouts once a week are not enough. The last site that I played on payed only on Tuesdays and I can tell you that I haven’t been on that site since I joined this one because of the payouts here. Twice a week would be a good compromise. I guess the other site has lost a lot of players as they keep sending me e-mails offering discounts and many incentives on a daily basis. Just yesteday I received an e-mail offering me bb’s and some slot money just to me get back on the site. Sure sounds like they are losing players to me. Some people spend a lot of money and want a a “bang for their buck” and there’s lots of competition out there with incentives all over the place. I get emails from sites everyday and I’m sure the rest do as well so I would consider listening to your devoted players and before they move on somewhere else.

I have been with you for years, I realize that changes have to be made accordingly based on the economy, I can understand the once a week payout, as I am sure it has decreased your payouts tremendously.
I can also see that alot of players have hung around to give the new system a chance, I have to commend Mania on all of the new creative fun things that they are doing for the players, the Christmas in July has been really nice, and yet I really believe that the once a week payout will be a change that will eventually drive the long term players away.
I could understand a short term switch to this system, but obviously it is not something that will be changing

Hi Stu,Was told to post my suggestion on here when i made it to GM Sam so that you could see it. The fact that we can only make one payout request during the course of the week means that we are obviously going to leave it as long as possible before we make the withdrawal which in turn means that by the time we make the withdrawal we have accumilated a great many bbs which we immediately lose when we make the withdrawal which hardly seems fair. Can we not have a system where by whatever amount of money we withdraw we lose the same amount in bbs, ie we have 200 bbs withdraw 150 in cash we lose 150 bbs and get to keep the other 50? Its a system that works very well on other sites and takes the edge off of having to wait an entire week to have a withdrawal processed and only being allowed to make the 1 request during the course of that week. thanks regards lookin4aredroll
