i’m not sure what all the gripe is, a payout??? since i have been back to mania i havent been about to request a payout. All i do is lose lose lose….once in awhile if i do get lucky and win a game, my bbs are too high to even think about a payout request. There are way too many OOC winners, there needs to be a game that allows bbs to given even if its an OOC winner, like a trivia question or somthing….not a lot of of bbs given away, from what i see.

Hi Stu,Was told to post my suggestion on here when i made it to GM Sam so that you could see it. The fact that we can only make one payout request during the course of the week means that we are obviously going to leave it as long as possible before we make the withdrawal which in turn means that by the time we make the withdrawal we have accumilated a great many bbs which we immediately lose when we make the withdrawal which hardly seems fair. Can we not have a system where by whatever amount of money we withdraw we lose the same amount in bbs, ie we have 200 bbs withdraw 150 in cash we lose 150 bbs and get to keep the other 50? Its a system that works very well on other sites and takes the edge off of having to wait an entire week to have a withdrawal processed and only being allowed to make the 1 request during the course of that week. thanks regards lookin4aredroll

I have been with you for years, I realize that changes have to be made accordingly based on the economy, I can understand the once a week payout, as I am sure it has decreased your payouts tremendously.

I can also see that alot of players have hung around to give the new system a chance, I have to commend Mania on all of the new creative fun things that they are doing for the players, the Christmas in July has been really nice, and yet I really believe that the once a week payout will be a change that will eventually drive the long term players away.
I could understand a short term switch to this system, but obviously it is not something that will be changing

Stu,I would like to know if there will still be a b-day bonus..or it that gone too?The weekly bonuses are fine for people that deposit weekly,but I am not one of the them. I only deposit once a month.This month I am not sure if I can,because I lost a $100 pre-paid Visa card.:(I miss mania but right now I don’t have any other options open to me.

I am in agreement the rest of the players. Payouts once a week are not enough. The last site that I played on payed only on Tuesdays and I can tell you that I haven’t been on that site since I joined this one because of the payouts here. Twice a week would be a good compromise. I guess the other site has lost a lot of players as they keep sending me e-mails offering discounts and many incentives on a daily basis. Just yesteday I received an e-mail offering me bb’s and some slot money just to me get back on the site. Sure sounds like they are losing players to me. Some people spend a lot of money and want a a “bang for their buck” and there’s lots of competition out there with incentives all over the place. I get emails from sites everyday and I’m sure the rest do as well so I would consider listening to your devoted players and before they move on somewhere else.

Sorry for the confusion Stuart, I was trying to say that I didn’t receive the Friday VIP + 100% bonus on my deposits and couldn’t get in touch with anyone regarding this. Thank you for checking into my ticket & email issues. Never had problem before with tickets being answered or being able to view them so I am chalking it up to the browser I was using and will try using WIExplorer next time I play. Hope you can get live help going also though, think it would be a plus +. The Soap Opera Room sounds like fun, varied game prices and prizes. Something for everyone! Hope I can make it in that day.

I’m sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I’ve forwarded your feedback to Mark our member’s service manager to find out what went wrong with getting back to you.

For now I’d like to address your comment regards the weekly 20% bonus back program. I see that you were credited $28 on Friday Jul 9, 2010 12:00:21 AM as part of the 20% bonus back. This was correct. The $28 was 20% of your total deposits minus payout. You didn’t have a payout so you received 20% of your total deposits made from Friday, July 2nd to Thursday, July 8th.

The same happened on Friday, July 2nd when you received $32 on Jul 2, 2010 12:00:24 AM.

You can check the above credits in your player reconcile report. The note will say EOW 20% bonus back for each Friday that you have been credited. Hope this clarifies.

Also, the new 20% weekly loyalty bonus is in addition to our new daily huge free deposit bonuses and since the last round of improvements, we’ve increased our overall game prizes. The $5,000 world cup bingo championship and now the xmas in July. These are new additions to our overall offering when other bingo sites are cutting back as a result of tough economic times. I’ve had it happen before that was not credited correct for a Friday. Had no payout that week and put in trouble ticket no answer. So I guess figure 2 weeks. I give up trying to contact help, no response to emails either. At least if you were 80% player and deposit $100 or more you would get $100 dollars back the next month. Don’t know bout evy1 else but seems like less bonus weekly and spending more $. Especially when you max your cards every game and same few winners. I used to win pretty good at BM in the past, but now it seems like a monopoly. there is no sense in 1 time a week payouts even if you can win enough to withdraw. And I feel sorry for the crazy fools who spend all that money to win the world cup thing, although they are the ones you see win the most, if it’s not a hoax then you know they must be spending $big$ for a $1000 win. When will BM get live help I ask again? How can I get answers to my question of why my help tickets & emails have not been answered? I have loved BM for many years now,(and by the way still only level *) but seriously thinking to go back to my other sites because of these things. I hope this thread continues and Stu get a grip, we are a minority but our opinions should count. How’s about some better pjp game odds or better team chat games for bbs. Even though not a chatter I’ve seen some pretty nice team games that paid off if ur team won. Share the wealth, I’m sure you can afford to.
