Now listen I went to the bingo hall where I live tonight and yes I won 3,000.00 and then I went to Wal-Mart because I use my green dot Visa to fund here and I loaded my money with hopes that when I got home the cc option would be up and going but I see it is not so tomarrow I am going on a big shopping spree. But before I go I will check here first to see if the cc option is available if it is I will deposit a hefty amount and go shopping on the restIf it is not available then I plan on shopping til I drop lol. Wow to you Make Me Red! That’s wonderful! I can’t imagine winning $3,000.00! I also hope they get the cc option back soon, but then there is another problem, if you DO by chance win anything, how do you them get a payout without using ewallet? I too do not like ewallet and would not use them. I wonder why they don’t use the option of Moneygram or a wire transfer to your bank account (with fees of course). Moneygram and wire transfers are done all over the world, so I don’t see the problem with those options. Just my opinion!
TY Jaycee.I have thought about that as well they could pick one day a week and go to money gram and for the US players that can’t use e wallet and they could deduct the money that it will cost to send the winnings through money gram and send it to us. They could e-mail us the information and then we could go pick our money up no one has to know it is from a bingo site because when you send money to mania they give you a different name to send it under so they could do the same when sending us our winnings. It would be woderful if they would look into it and actually do it.

With regards to payout options - the reason why we don’t use Moneygram is because the local Moneygram agent will not allow payouts to gaming players..
But the good news is that we hope to have a new payout option by the end of next week. We can’t promise the exact day, but we’re trying real hard because we know how important it is to have easy access to your bingomania funds.
And with regards to easy funding, we just got word that it should be ready by end of next week as well. again though, we are not in control of how quickly these options go up because we rely on other companies for these services.
we’re doing everything we can - as you can imagine having easy funding is our top priority!

Any time that I have had a problem and could not get it resolved with a help ticket you are the one I have always turned to and you have always made things right.

Stu I have one more suggestion and it is on the loyality bonus that we recieve on the 10th of every month. As I was reviewing the loyalty page you have it where if someone spends 1000.00 pluse they will recieve a loyality bonus of 500.00 if they are a level 10 player and if they spend 100.00 and a level 10 player they will recieve 150.00. Well there is nothing for the people that spend 700 or even 950 like I do at times.I don’t know what other people think but when I spend this much It would be nice to get more than 150.00 because if this is what people get it is not worth depositing more than 100 a month I think that if you were to offer something more to the ones that deposit over 500.00 you would see that people would deposit more just to get the bonus.

Ok we in LL just realized something this morning. Maybe we were a little slow in realizing it but hey we got it now LMAO… During fixed pots there is NO PJP in play. We in LL feel this is not right. We were told this is TOJI’s doing which TOJI is the owner of the site. BILL we are requesting that if we can not have PJP in play during the fixed pots then to have CA’s throughout the night or VISA VERSA.

Don’t know people are complaing about not winning in the free games. some of us couldn’t even play. still cant get games to play, i talked to tech and tried a couple things but they didn’t work, the worst part is i got on the site to fund but cant play, that really sucks!

I agree with players being upset about the fixed pots. Especially when we have been told all week that it was a technical problem and then just told today that it was a decision made by the owner. It took me over 3 1/2 years to finally win a jp, now with the new rules, I doubt if I ever will again.
I just thought of another question. When we are playing in fixed pots, with no pjp, does part of the money still go towards the pjp amount? Also, it sure seems like the pots in not fixed games are very low, is Bingomania keeping more of a percentage for themselves?

Why won’t the games load? It is taking forever and ever for the home page to load and then again forever after logging in and then then the rooms won’t open. What is going on? TOJI is the owner of MANIA and now when the fixed pots are playing there is NO PJP in play. PJP is only in play when the fixed pots are not playing.

So if you play say on the 25 cent game the the pot is $150 and you put in the max amount of money you just win what the pot is. What happens to all the money that the players deposited, that is sure alot of money that somone is getting. I guess who ever ownes bingomania has to make up lost revenue because the games has been down for so long.

hi stu, i have a suppggestion if i may that may or may not help the funding problem in future.
how about bingomania come up with there own CC for players ONLY. we the players would use your cc to fund and at end of each month send bill and we pay like we do other cc cards ecept it goes straight to mania and no other middle party.
also i not sure if this would work or not but will try. what if we players try to open a account at the bank that bimngomania uses. we could tranfer money from our checking accts. to that acoount there so we fund and when a payout is requested we can transfer money from the acct. there to our checking account and since it going from one bacnk to another, should be no fees for it right?.. i know i may not have thought the second part totally through but maybe u have some idea what i am talking about. coming up with your own cc for players only seems like a good idea so when there a problem with cc we deal with mania not a second party. ty for listening and hope to hear a reply soon..ty for a great site and i am patently waiting for cc to come back up…mark

Ive been to many sites that dont give you as many chances to win the jackpot as mania does even with losing the chance during fixed pots. I think the main point is that all week we have been told that no JP during fixed games or coveralls was a glitch in the new system and it would be fixed, when all along it was a change in policy. They sure didn’t mention this was going to be done when telling new things about the new site.

Well after reading the latest blog and trying with another $20.00 to win something, I have decided to not fund here anymore. I have played here since the start, 10 years. I don’t mind change, but when the owners of the website start messing with the patterns that pjp’s can be won, enough is enough. I know they make millions off of poor saps like me and now they want an even bigger cut. No more from my pocket.
I do not make my living on this website. In fact, it was for pure enjoyment. I never withdrew a large amount of money, but I did have loads of fun and met very special friends. I will miss the GM’s and may pop in to say hello from time to time. I will play my loyalty bonus next month too.

after 10 yrs of loyalty to this site it upsets me to see the changes that were supposed to be upgrades for “your players” enjoyment, actually were upgrades for the benefit of making it impossible to win here anymore, you removed the withdrawal flowback so we have to wait for the cashout to process before we can refund or lose out on our bonus, you limited the slot play so wins cannot exceed certain amounts, you removed the pjp potential on fixed pot games. well done mania. read the feedback from your players and realize how many you’re going to lose. You have a great amount of formidable competition out there I’ve already joined another site. and they even let you play bonus on slots and poker. I will miss your wonderful GMs , they are truly amazing people and should get a raise with all of the money you’re going to save , I don’t see you ever reaching the number one gaming site again. my deepest regrets are for Us, your players who truly enjoyed what you used to be. thats the reason we were loyal to you. I spent my last 10 yrs and over $100,000.00 here. I hope my opinion is worth that much to you.

can someone please tell me when the credit card option is going to be back up, I have been waiting for 2 weeks now, It never took this long when the old site was up, seems now that the new site is up our only option is through e wallet. I had a few BB’s to play with, but can’t even win a stinkin game here. I’ts the same names. I really miss playing and hope it comes back up soon.

I know what you mean miss the credit card! Also the thing about same winners… I have seen the same 3 people win everyday over and over especially the bid pots, it dosen’t matter if you max or not and I have never seen people have that muck luck to be able to win like that! It makes you not want to play when it is constantly the same winners. I understand they probably spend thousands a week but most of the population is not rich like that. I suggest they add a room with a maximum of lets say 10 cards so that then small time people have a chance at winning sometimes.
I sure hope it comes back up soon as well. Evertime I ask..none knows anything. Last I heard it’s supposed to be back up by the end of this week. I hate that the only option is through e wallet. Is it my imagination or are there fewer and fewer possible PJP games being played now in regular bingo games (not fixed pots). The majority of the games that are being played don’t seem to be the ones you can even win a PJP on. For instance, if Mania has the no’s called to win PJP at 12, people don’t even bingo until 30 or 40 nos.
PJP could have been gone in LL last night during fixed. Forget the name of the player but really felt bad for that person that they didnt get the PJP because they took it away during fixed pots
I too have seen the same thing, not mentioning any names, but come on now..it’s impossible to keep winning over and over again. Give someone else a chance here..it’s ridiculous already. I don’t have the funds to keep depositing , but yet I still put it in here hoping to win at least one game. The most I win is $1 something, would love to win a game in the dollar room or at least to get something back for all I put in here. I agree with always, there should be another room for the big players that dont have a problem depositing that much money..
This site has gone down hill since the change. This makes me sad as I thought this was the best site on the net well it used to be anyway until the change now im not so sure. I think the government is on to us bingo players and I think they have shut down CC for good I am not positive on that its just what I think because the same thing happened with neteller b4 they went *poof* though I dont know why mania keeps giving us false hope telling us CC will be up mid week well that was a week ago and now we’re being told the end of this week? I wont hold my breath! sad so sad please if any of management sees this pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee bring back rusty!!!! I like the old site ALOT better and im sure most would agree!

I called the office and I think we were missinformed because they told me that they did not know when the cc option will be available.Heck I wont even get a loyality bonus because I can’t deposit they will not give any bbs to me to play on at all so that tells me that they really could care less.

I am sure Bingomania are tring to get the credit card back up! I have played at many other sites in the past and in my opinion there in no other bingo site but Bingomania. Give them a little more time I am sure they are doing their best. As far as the other gripes we just need to keep voicing our opinions and suggestions until someone listens.

Let’s see….I am thinking back to about 10 years ago…when BingoMania and BingoMega had that big ‘issue’. Well, BingoMega wasn’t around until, BingoMania became an entirely different site. Then there was BingoMega with BingoMania’s software, and BingoMania with new software, which looked exactly like Cyberbingo…a totally different company. Well, as I remember it, Toji (Stuart Gordon) was accused of stealing the software and what a scandal it was. All kinds of ‘write-ups’ all over the Internet. Or, do I have it all backwards? It was a longgggg time ago. Maybe it was like this, first it was BingoMega and the name was changed to BingoMania, and then BingoMania got new software and BingoMega got their software back. Who knows…sheesh. So, after all that…I stayed away for years..yep, literally years. Then, I played at BingoFun. Caught them stealing…yep. They were turning players funds into bbs, and pocketing the money. How about that? Because, as some people know, a bingo site does NOT have to account for bbs…it’s not part of their accounting, at all. Of course, when I busted them, they made it so awful for me to play there…I just left. And so, that brings me back to thinking what Make Me Red said…that she asked BingoMania for some bbs to play one until all this is straightened out. She was told, ‘NO’. What would it harm, for BingoMania to give out bbs? Oh yes, ppl would play on them and not be funding. DUH on me. That’ll never happen.
Well, ya’ll. As you can tell, I took my pill(s)…oopsss yep two of um lmao So, I am the ramblerrrrrrrrr but isn’t that why ya’ll love me so? lol

Yumeee I remember when all that happened with Bingomega as I was at that site as well and when bingomania came about of course I came to mania and yes you are right about all the troube that is exactly what happened. It was a big mess.And no they don’t have to claim bbs but even though we could win money we or I can’t cash out anyway so why would it hurt to give me bbs it wouldn’t hurt them one bit. Greed is one of the seven deadly sins I hope they know that.
